Mon Petit Chou Art & Design celebrates the beauty of botanicals through fine art, paper goods, and coastal-inspired surface patterns — all created with real pressed flowers and a passion for storytelling.
Mon Petit Chou Art & Design grew from a deep love of nature, slow living, and capturing the fleeting beauty of each bloom. Every petal, leaf, and stem is gathered from local flower farms or grown in my own garden, then pressed and transformed into whimsical creatures, coastal scenes, botanical silhouettes, and feminine florals.
My mission is simple:
bring the outside in — through artwork that evokes joy, calm, and connection to the natural world.

Preserving Nature’s Beauty, One Flower at a Time
Hi, I’m Vanessa, the creator behind Mon Petit Chou Art And Design. I’m so grateful you’re here.
My love for nature started when I was a child—spending hours outdoors, pressing flowers, and collecting leaves with my mom. Those days spent in the mountains, surrounded by the simple magic of the outdoors, left a lasting imprint on my heart. They’re the memories that guide my work today.
When the pandemic changed everything, I found myself at a crossroads. My event business, which celebrated local food, wine, and community, had to pause. But instead of feeling lost, I turned inward. I started gardening, exploring interior and pattern design, and rediscovering my passion for preserving flowers. What began as a way to reconnect with my roots became a new chapter—one filled with creativity, preservation, and a love for natural beauty.
Each piece I create at Mon Petit Chou is inspired by this journey—an effort to cherish fleeting moments and honor the delicate beauty of nature. Floral preservation isn’t just an art form; it’s a way to carry nature’s stories into your home—calming, inspiring, and deeply meaningful.
My goal is to inspire others to see the beauty in preserving nature’s treasures and to incorporate that feeling of peace into their everyday lives. Whether through my art, classes, or simply sharing my story, I hope to help you reconnect with the calming essence of the outdoors.
Thank you for joining me on this path. I invite you to explore my collection, learn floral preservation, and find your own meaningful connection to nature.
Warmly,
Vanessa Driscoll Bialobreski

BEHIND THE PROCESS
My pressed-flower process is thoughtful and intentional:
-
Seasonal Foraging + Farm Flowers
I source flowers from local growers, markets, and my own garden. -
Pressing the Blooms
Each flower is pressed for 2–8 weeks using traditional methods. -
Design + Composition
Petals become brushstrokes as I build animals, silhouettes, and coastal motifs. -
Photographing the Originals
Every original artwork is professionally photographed for prints. -
Sustainably Printed
All prints and paper goods are printed in the U.S. using eco-conscious processes.
